At the risk of sounding like a broken record, the training continues... In the three weeks since I last wrote, I've done another 335 miles, topped off today with an 82-mile training ride with the Quad Cycles folks. That puts me over 7,500 miles in the past three years. Took to the road on July 4th for a 40-mile road trip down to Ponkapaug (Blue Hills Reservation) and Squantum (South Shore), fixing a rear tire flat along the way. That helped push me to my third weekly mileage record in a row: 157 miles! At this rate, I'm biking more than 600 miles per month!
